Plant Based Today is a project aimed to
inspire home cooking with local, seasonal food that is also plant-based, vegan and gluten-free.
The project's goal is to create 52 weeks of Meal Plans designed around our seasons and women's hormonal phases, making it possible to buy, make, and eat locally-sourced healthful food year round.
The Meal Plans are crafted and tested
to prove you can save time and money, and make divine, delicious food while eating healthy for yourself and the planet!
I've also started a You Tube Channel to provide Cooking Tips, Nutritional Advice & General Wellbeing Tips.
