Makes 3 Cups Yogurt



  1. 2 Cups Young Coconut Meat

  2. ¾ Cup Water

  3. 1 TBSP Water Kefir

Mindful InstructioN

  1. Blend Coconut Meat and water in your blender for 1-2 minutes – until smooth and creamy. Add more water if necessary to get it completely smooth.

  2. Add to glass or ceramic bowl that is at least double the volume of your coconut mixture and stir in water kefir, preferably with wooden spoon.

  3. Cover and place in a warm place for 6-12 hours.

  4. Seal in glass jars with non-reactive (non-metal) lids. If using mason jars, cut a piece of parchment paper to separate yogurt and lid.

  5. Enjoy fully within 1 week.
