Mustard, Mayonnaise, Ketchup, Plant-based Milk, Salad Dressing, Hot Sauce, Beans, Pickles, Jams, Nut/Seed Butters and even Apple Cider Vinegar can be made with a little effort and so much more nutrition.

Experiment on your own, with your own unique flavour pallet in focus. Invite a group of friends over to save time and money making a big batch. Freeze extra for future use (especially nut milk, beans and jam!)

Making more staple foods at home will reduce the carbon footprint of purchasing heavy liquid items and connect you to the global supply chain, enabling you as a consumer to make conscious choices. You’ll know exactly what you’re putting in your body (i.e. making your body out of) and the process will turn on your creative flow and your Inner Voice.
